We are looking for a detail oriented person to manage our shop and help take The Brothers that just do Gutters to the next level. We are already the largest gutter company and we are not even close to saturating the market. We have been in business since 2020 and are ready to grow some more.

Your meticulous and highly organized nature will set the tone for our operation. We are not only looking for someone who can keep the shop in order, we are looking for a leader that will utilize our current systems and build and improve on them. A person who gains the respect of the installers, peers and managers through hard work, and superior attention to detail. We have an amazing team who will respect the shop culture you create as well as the rules and systems you put in place. The shop will be your domain and we will give you the freedom to change and manage it as you see fit.

Shop Organization & Stocking
Truck Upkeep & Maintenance
(We don't expect you to turn wrench, but rather schedule maintenance & track)
Material Inventory System
Equipment Inventory System
Purchasing Materials
Staging Materials
Safety Equipment Inspections
Home Show/ Community Day Setup and take down

The biggest undertaking in this position will be developing an inventory system after getting familiar with the job. We are a technology first company and are looking for someone that not only has the hands on skills of organizing materials, equipment and developing systems, but also knows their way around computers, apps and software.

Qualifications

Proven 2-5 years experience with inventory management
Experience within a construction environment is ideal
Basic Knowledge of trucks & required maintenance
Computer Skills including inventory control programs, Microsoft Excel and apps
