About the Role:
We are seeking a Gutter Installer Apprentice to join our team at Brothers That Just Do Gutters - Central DFW, TX in Dallas, TX. If you are looking for a hands-on role with a growing company that values teamwork and customer satisfaction, this is the opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation and repair of gutters and gutter protection systems
- Work with experienced installers to learn proper techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Follow company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and customer service mindset
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
Compensation & Training:
We provide comprehensive training to help you build the skills needed for success in this role. Once you've completed training and demonstrated proficiency, you'll be promoted to our production pay model, where you'll earn a percentage of the revenue from the jobs you complete—giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings based on performance.

Compensation: $35,360.00 - $85,000.00 per year
