The Brothers That Just Do Gutters – San Ramon is seeking an experienced gutter professional who can confidently manage installation projects from start to finish.

Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled installer with strong field experience who can work independently, maintain high-quality standards, and complete jobs efficiently without supervision.

Responsibilities

Lead and complete gutter installation projects independently
Install K-Style, Seamless, OG, and Fascia gutter systems
Ensure proper slope, drainage, and quality workmanship
Manage job sites with professionalism and efficiency
Communicate with customers when needed

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of gutter installation experience
Strong knowledge of gutter systems, parts, and installation methods
Ability to run projects independently
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
Valid driver’s license required

Compensation

$25–$40/hr, depending on experience
W2 or 1099 contractor options available
