About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team at Brothers That Just Do Gutters. As a leader in the gutter installation and maintenance industry, we are looking for someone who can help drive our business forward and provide exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the business
Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
Monitor and analyze financial performance, and make necessary adjustments
Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors

Requirements:

Prior experience in a management role, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of business operations and financial management
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
