We're looking for individuals with at least 2 years of skilled gutter and/or exterior construction experience who embody a positive attitude and can interact professionally with clients and colleagues. Beyond that, we're seeking professionals who are punctual, consistently produce high-quality work, and take immense pride in their efforts.

A Day in the Life of a Brothers Gutter Installer:

Your day will start with a morning kick-off meeting, getting everyone aligned. You'll ensure your truck is fully prepared for the day's jobs, then make those important customer calls before arriving on-site. When you meet with the customer, you'll confirm everyone's on the same page. You'll use our system to take "before" photos and present "after" photos upon completion, showing off your excellent work. You'll also have the opportunity to discuss any potential additions to the job that could benefit the customer.

Ultimately, your goal is to leave every job site looking better than when we arrived. After completing the work, you'll collect final payment, safely return to the shop, and prepare your truck for the next day's success before heading home. This isn't just about installing gutters; it's about delivering a complete, high-quality experience.

Experienced Gutter Installer Requirements:

2+ years of experience in gutter installation including both K-style & half round gutters
A positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons
Interest in growing with the company
Willingness to work overtime
Be a team player
A desire to establish a positive work culture
OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred
Previous experience specifically related to gutter services and installation, and a passion for all things gutters!

Experienced Gutter Installer Compensation: Hourly Position $20.00-$30.00/hour. After initial training, this position will be paid a percentage of the trucks earnings each day instead of hourly.

Experienced Gutter Installer Minimum Requirements:

Must be 18 or older
Must have a valid driver’s license
