What You’ll Do:
- Meet with homeowners to assess their needs and provide tailored gutter solutions
- Deliver professional estimates within 24 hours using our proven pricing system
- Educate customers on our premium products and services to ensure informed decisions
- Build strong client relationships and follow up on all bids to close deals effectively
- Maintain a closing rate of at least 40% while targeting high-value opportunities
- Leverage networking, marketing, and CRM tools to generate and track leads
- Set and achieve sales goals for revenue, closing rates, and gross profit
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-up skills
- Tech-savvy, with CRM experience preferred
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive environment
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
