🔧 2+ years’ experience installing gutters. fascia, and soffit experience a plus
🗣 Strong communication and customer service skills
🌦 Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
🚗 Valid driver's license (required)
🪜 Ladder safety and OSHA training (preferred)
