This is not a “run company leads and wait” sales job.
This is for proven closers who can sell AND hunt.
The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is building the most professional gutter company in Northern California. We provide inbound leads — but we are looking for sales professionals who also know how to create their own opportunities.

The Role
You will:
- Run company-generated inbound appointments
- Diagnose homeowner problems and present full-system solutions
- Sit at the table and close with confidence
- Follow a structured, no-pressure sales framework
- Own your pipeline and your numbers
And…
You will also:
- Build relationships with roofers, builders, property managers, and other trades
- Get on vendor lists
- Develop referral channels
- Generate your own leads
- Hunt strategically within your territory
Self-generated work earns a higher commission rate.
Compensation Structure
- Base salary ($5oo a week) + commission (5% on leads we provide)
- Standard commission on company-provided leads
- 7% commission on self-generated jobs
- Majority of appointments are inbound — upside is unlimited if you hunt
Your income grows based on production and initiative.

Required Background
- 2+ years proven commission-based sales experience
- Documented production history
- Comfortable asking for the close
- Comfortable with objection handling
- Tech-capable (CRM, iPad, quoting systems)
- Valid driver’s license
Construction or home improvement sales experience is a plus.
Gutter experience + sales track record = ideal.
