Are you hardworking, reliable, and ready to learn a skilled trade? We’re looking for motivated team members to join our growing gutter installation crews. We provide hands-on training, clear advancement steps, and competitive pay as you move up.

Apprentice Level 3

About the Role:
Highest apprentice stage before full installer. You can install sections independently and prep jobs fully.

Responsibilities:

Independently install sections of gutter
Assist with jobsite layout and pitch control
Train helpers on basics
Prepare full job setups with minimal direction

Advancement Opportunity:

When instructed by Head Installer, confidently ask for customer reviews
Show readiness to run jobs as a full installer

Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
