Hybrid Installer & Estimator (Install + Sales Estimates)

We're looking for an energetic, self-motivated Installer who enjoys interacting with customers
This is a hands-on hybrid role combining field work with customer estimates:
Installation Support
- Assist with seamless gutter and gutter guard installation.
- Learn and perform basic installation tasks (hand tabbing corners, carrying materials, ladder work).
- Work safely on roofs and ladders with experienced crew members.
Estimating & Sales Support
- Visit customer homes to measure and document job scopes.
- Take photos and measurements to prepare accurate quotes.
- Present pricing to customers in a clear, professional manner.
- Support the sales process with follow-ups and scheduling.
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable working on ladders and performing physical tasks (no fear of heights).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
- Able to interact professionally with homeowners.
- Experience with home improvement, construction, or exterior labor preferred
PAY: Commensurate with experience. We Pay Weekly.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
