About the Role:
Join Phantom Screens of Cincinnati as a Door and Window Screen Installer, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing homes with quality installations. We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and craftsmanship in a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Install door and window screens efficiently while ensuring quality workmanship.
- Measure and cut screens to fit various door and window sizes accurately.
- Inspect and repair existing screens as needed to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries professionally.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines on job sites.
- Keep accurate records of installations and repairs performed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in screen installation or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders safely.

Compensation: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour
