Position Overview
We are hiring a Production Manager to lead and scale our installation operations in the Albany market. This role is responsible for managing crews, driving production performance, and ensuring every job reflects our commitment to craftsmanship and customer experience.
You’ll play a critical role in bridging sales and field execution—owning scheduling, team development, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
We are hiring a Production Manager to lead and scale our installation operations in the Albany market. This role is responsible for managing crews, driving production performance, and ensuring every job reflects our commitment to craftsmanship and customer experience.
You’ll play a critical role in bridging sales and field execution—owning scheduling, team development, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead installation crews (gutters, guards, fascia, soffit)
- Schedule jobs to maximize efficiency, route density, and profitability
- Ensure all jobs meet company quality standards and customer expectations
- Conduct daily production check-ins and weekly team meetings
- Train, coach, and develop crew leaders and installers
- Enforce safety standards (ladder safety, fall protection, OSHA compliance)
- Track and improve KPIs (revenue, labor %, callbacks, job cycle time)
- Coordinate with sales team for accurate job scopes and smooth handoffs
- Manage materials, inventory, and reduce waste
- Resolve escalated production and customer issues
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in construction or exterior home services management
- Proven ability to lead crews and hit production targets
- Strong understanding of scheduling, logistics, and job costing
- Experience with CRM or project management systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and accountability skills
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in gutters, roofing, or exterior trades
- OSHA 30 certification
- Experience scaling production teams

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
