Location: Dallas, TX — near Love Field Airport
Starting Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: 7:00 AM start; availability through approximately 6:00 PM

The ideal Entry Level Gutter Installer candidate will possess:
- Assist the installation crew with gutter installation and related work
- Desire to grow with the company
- Learn proper installation techniques and job-site procedures
- Work safely on ladders and at residential job sites
- Assist with loading, unloading, setup, and cleanup
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation, and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus, but not a requirement!
- A desire to establish a positive work culture for all
- A great sense of humor
- OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred
The minimum requirements are:
- Valid driver's license
- 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a background screening and drug test
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Comfortable working on ladders and at various job sites
- Reliable attendance
Pay and Growth Opportunity:
- Starting pay: $17.00/hour during training
- Opportunity for $0.50/hour raises through our Skills Ladder
- Raises are based on performance, knowledge, skill development, and ability to work independently
- Once required skills are demonstrated and a production position is available, apprentices may transition to production pay
- Production installers earn 7%–9% of production, uncapped
- Eligible for our 4 Corners Bonus Program
