About the Opportunity

The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is a locally owned, 5-star, growing home services company looking for a motivated, personable Sales Solutionist to join our Northwest Arkansas team.

This is a flexible, part-time, commission-based position with uncapped earning potential and the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business growth. As a field-based salesperson, you'll meet customers at their homes throughout Northwest Arkansas, with the ability to complete administrative work and follow-ups remotely.

We provide pre-scheduled, qualified customer leads, a fuel allowance, and the tools you need to succeed!

What You'll Do

Meet with homeowners, assess their gutter needs, and provide estimates.
Build relationships, follow up on proposals, and close sales.
Generate new business through referrals, prospecting, and local networking.
Maintain customer information and sales activity in our CRM.
Coordinate with installation crews to ensure an excellent customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Previous sales experience; in-home or home improvement sales preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
Comfortable using technology and CRM software.
Valid driver's license and a positive, professional attitude.

What We Offer

Estimated earning potential of $2,000–$4,500 per month, based on sales performance.
8% commission on company-provided leads.
10% commission on self-generated sales.
