About the Role:
Brothers That Just Do Gutters is looking for a PART TIME driven and experienced Operations Manager to lead and grow our home services business. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee daily operations, recruit and manage field teams, manage customer service and scheduling, ensure every customer experience is top-notch. Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the gutter installation, repair, and maintenance business
- Recruit, train, and manage field crews and office staff to ensure peak performance
- Monitor job scheduling, dispatching, and workflow to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards by resolving issues and ensuring quality control on every job
- Track key performance metrics including revenue, labor costs, and job completion rates
- Coordinate with sales and estimating teams to ensure accurate project scoping and timely execution
- Manage inventory, equipment, and vendor relationships to support field operations
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and local regulations
- During slower season, you will perform similar duties at a Content Recovery and restoration business
Requirements:
- 3+ years of operations management experience, preferably in home services, construction, or a trade industry
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop field and office teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Experience with scheduling software, CRM platforms, or field service management tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- P&L awareness and basic business financial acumen
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Must be available to start daily Mo-Fr at 6:30am
- Self-starter mentality with a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
