  •  Short sales cycle / one-call close
  •  80% inbound leads (homeowners contacting us because they already want the service)
  •  Sell solutions, not pressure — we educate customers and recommend what fits
  •  10–20% self-generated sales activity (referrals, networking, local outreach)

What You’ll Do

Sales & Estimating

  • Run in-home appointments and sell gutter + gutter guard solutions

  • Present options clearly and confidently (good / better / best approach)

  • Quote jobs, overcome objections, and close with professionalism

  • Follow up on every open estimate until you get a yes or no

  • Track performance metrics: closing rate, revenue, and gross profit

  • Build referral momentum and tap new opportunities through networking

Team Communication

  • Work closely with ownership, office staff, and field crews

  • Communicate job details clearly to keep installs smooth and customers happy

  • Represent the brand with professionalism, punctuality, and responsiveness

Leadership & Accountability

  • Set goals, own results, and bring a winning attitude

  • Support company growth initiatives and help us build something great locally

About This Location

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
