Role Overview
Sell gutter solutions to homeowners by understanding their needs, providing expert recommendations, and delivering a great customer experience—while driving revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Run estimates on time and deliver quotes within 48 hours
- Educate customers and close sales with integrity
- Maintain follow-up on all leads (get a clear yes or no)
- Build relationships with customers, crews, and team members
- Prospect through referrals, networking, and self-generated leads
- Use CRM to stay organized and hit performance targets
- Support jobs post-sale to ensure smooth execution
